The Maui Lani Community Association was created to nurture and protect the vision of Maui Lani, its homeowners and their home investment, as well as the community's collective appeal. On a day-to-day basis, the professionally managed association is responsible for Maui Lani's design controls and ongoing site maintenance.

The association's office location within the Maui Lani community means homeowners enjoy the advantages of having association personnel nearby, where they can effectively support the needs of the community.

The Association works to ensure that:

• community design controls are enforced.
• residents are aware of and follow the by-laws set by the Homeowners Association.
• the community is well-maintained and essential services are provided.
